Bob joined Samco Machinery, a global organization, in 1997 and had held various positions in Quality and Continuous Improvement, Human Resources, Sales, Project Management and Operations, before taking over the reins in 2011. Samco is a leading manufacturer of roll forming and value-added solutions for multiple industries including automotive, metal building and construction, transportation, storage, energy, and consumer products. It has manufacturing facilities in Canada and India with equipment installations in over 35 countries. Accounts include Magna, Martinrea, Stanley, Amazon Robotics among others.

Glenn joined Farber in late 2017 and was previously with CCC Investment banking. Glenn’s responsibilities include investment banking, financial advisory work, and financial restructuring services. Mr. Bowman specializes in advising clients on acquisitions and divestitures – covering a broad array of industries from owner-managed businesses to multinational companies – private debt and equity financings, financial restructurings, business and securities valuations, and fairness opinions.

Ilan Jacobson is the Founding Partner & CEO of FirePower Capital, and has transformed the firm from a small 4-person family office into a 30+ strong investment banking and private capital powerhouse. Ilan leads FirePower Capital in all its endeavours, setting its strategic direction, providing top-level guidance on key transactions undertaken by the Investment Banking division, and assessing new direct investments for FirePower’s Private Capital funds.
