Management & Accountability Training – Driving Change

Company Training Initiatives

This is a four-month comprehensive integrated training program which includes video and in-person training based on real workplace scenarios and activities.

 

Our curriculum incorporates:

  • Workplace communication skills

  • Managing Stress; Skills and Strategies
  • Effective Feedback
  • Resilience in the Workplace
  • Change Leadership – accountability
  • Performance Management – individual and team management skills
  • Individual and team training sessions; incorporating into day-to-day decisions and activities.

Program Overview

Personal Effectiveness – Self Awareness

Using an Insights Discovery personality profile, we explore different personality types. Using the information participants learn how to interpret their own personality characteristics and how they may impact those around them.

Grounded in a stronger sense of self-awareness everyone explores the personality characteristics of those they interact with.
Armed with this developing skill we explore connecting strategies, communication strategies and adaptations needed to become more effective in the workplace as a leader and peer to others.

The outcome of this module is the development of higher-level interpersonal skills, communication capability and a higher degree of personal resilience in the work place.

Team Effectiveness

Building on the Personal effectiveness – Self Awareness training, we explore how personal styles interact in the context of a team. Engaging the principles of “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team” by Patrick Lencioni. The Five Dysfunctions model incorporate the pillars of great teams which include Trust, Productive Conflict, Commitment, Accountability and the delivery of Results.

From the prior workshop we explore team strengths, weaknesses, communication and preferred work strategies to help elevate team and interpersonal communications, overall effectiveness and resilience.

At the conclusion of this module teams should improve interpersonal communication effectiveness and the ability to work more effectively as a team.

Leadership Skills – Driving Change

Participants learn about the drivers of successful change in the workplace. In this module we bring together leadership skills such as excellent communication, accountability and responsibility in the context of driving successful change initiatives.

We learn of six critical stages of change and how to understand and support you and your team through each stage. Learning how to communicate and implement changes individually and collectively in the workplace.

Skill development in this module focuses on increased skills in change management, resilience, accountability and communication.

Each module is supported with a review of how skills are being developed and how they are contributing to career development, roles and responsibilities.

Training Pricing

The Management and Accountability Training – Driving Change program is priced at $2,499 per participant. Training is delivered over a 3-6 month period. Final pricing may vary depending upon participant needs and number of participants.
