Leading People Through Change

Our Change Leadership model focuses on two critical elements of guiding people through periods of change:

  • Connecting with people based on who they are – personality style
  • Coaching people based on where they are in their change journey

We use the Insights Discovery personality profile to determine personal style and the unique MAX potential MAX Curve to track where people are in their journey.

The program is delivered on-line or in person. This is a highly engaging program that can be delivered in workshop format or 1 to 1 through individual coaching. 

Knowledge is shared and the methodology is transferred to the organization so that the program is sustainable in the long term.

The deliverable is to move people through change more quickly with less disruption to the organization.
